Description

Not sure where I'm going with this one, so feedback is particularly welcome. The cityscape is an image-based terrain. There's postwork to overlay details on the ship (one of rj001's) and to add complication to the atmospheric effects, but I'm still not happy with the level of interest in the city materials. Any ideas? IMP.

The title implies some biblical hymn; not sure that's the theme for which you are aiming. The city looks deserted. There's no "life" to it. Perhaps your lone pilot is returning to some futuristic Sodom and Gomorrah. Perhaps it is an "Angel" visitation (or a combination of both?). Anything from the book of Revelations might inspire you :). I think the sky is out of step with the city, unless you're going for a dawn/dusk sort of thing; at which point there should be more color to the sky. It's a good start, there's a lot to work with here. Looking forward to the next iteration.
