They are still at war with the Meka, whom we have had detante with for the past quemester. But relations are strained because we have remained neutral in their, in our opinion, silly war over some mouldy fimrots in a shipment. Avoid contact with both for the immediate future. The Khar, their homeworld, Shrivanu, with its populous cities, vast mountain ranges and stormy seas, is rich in the mineral Korrite. If only the war can be settled soon we could, maybe, negotiate mining rights with the Khar. I'm sure they would be very happy to replenish their treasury in this way. A deal could be done.
