Description
To my Rendo friends - Hoping that your holiday season is a wonderful one and that the New Year brings you health and prosperity.
Here is my Candy Wonderland Christmas. I tell you, if an item were not related to candies, sweets, eating and drinking in some way, it did not make it as part of the decorations. More decorations remained in the attic, unpacked, than the ones that were used. It was sort of sad having to do that. There are a couple of exceptions to the "must be candy-related" rule. If you have seen my previous Christmas decorations, you might remember that I always include masks on my Christmas trees. Therefore, even though masks (most of the time) are not related to candies and such, masks are a must as part of all my decorations. The three Santa figures by the bay window are, indeed, related to candies and eating: one is a chocolatier, one is making Christmas dinner and the other is sampling the wine. :p
When I first said that I wanted to buy fake danish, cakes and pastries to use as ornaments on my Christmas tree, everyone thought that I was crazy, bar none... even that lady at the checkout register, who (even after I explained) still had no idea of what I was talking about. I think that the idea worked, at least a little bit. :o)
Well, until next year... and, yes, I already know what the theme for next year will be.. I even know how it will look like. It is all in my head. I think that is sick! :D

N.B. The quality of the graphic is not the best. Each of the photos used in the photomontage is extremely large and of very hight quality. I had to shrink each one to a size that would be manageable. Then I had to deal with the 512Kb limit. I saved for web and had to keep pushing the slider down to comply with the requirements. I saw the resolution sink to the floor. Sorry about that.

What a wonderful presentation! I know what you mean about the unpacked decorations... always difficult to choose a certain theme and then stick with it... as "this one" is so beautiful and "that One" would be so perfect :) From the looks of it nonetheless, so many little beautiful and most perfect tidbits that you've shared with us! Excellent artwork and choice of decorations!!!
