Behind the winds blew Whispers pine needles Among the cones swing Across the dirt sponge Soaks the mist thoughts High towards the ground In the middle straight ahead Low looks the feet Tender flow swung Determined care soul Bound to find rhythm Upon the lands grow As do the seeds plant Follows trial and error As mistakes makes experiences But remembers how well What misses the taught? ©27 December 2009 LKS ================== Thank You warm hugs smile

Very beautiful. I especially like the background where I can't tell if the sky meets the ice or the other way round. It looks both negative and positive. Great technique.

I recognized the subject in this image right away. Hey, wait a minute, what have you done with Linda? };-> Really well done. I especially like the background. I just got back from Washington State and miss the smell of the evergreen trees.
