Yet another update of this pic. Now with much better lighting, colour saturation toned down, shadows added and background slightly blurred. Thanks to everyone for your previous comments and help!

This has surrealism and realism all wrapped into one. The only reason it doesn't look real is because it looks too perfect to look real! 3DS Max is hard, so you must really know your stuff...
