Cool pic, and nice work! May I offer a few comments? The "gears" just would not exist as depicted. (I understand that you can only work with what's available.) The water is far too clean: you could not see the hulls underwater. Seagulls poop everywhere. (Duh!)

not to mention that the rivers are/were actually the sewers of the city and so any harbor town's seawater would be very brown. a prime example is a river near Olongapo, in the Philippines. it is aptly named s**t river. if the site of children swimming in it doesn't upset you, the smell definitely will and this river empties directly into the harbor... Otherwise this is a very nice render well crafted.
