Description

I want to thank everyone for stopping by and viewing and maybe leaving a comment, I appreciate them. Also thankyou to those who add my work to their favorites. Done in Bryce 6.1 and tweaked in Photoshop. Still working with textures. To catch up: Last July got reunited with my granddaughter who is eighteen, had not seen or heard from her for about 6 years. Now she is engaged and my greatgrandchild due next July. Had a few months of a viscious battle with my depression med, it was actually aggravating what it was suppose to fix plus a few other side effects, it had gotten to the point that I was not a very nice person. Got that fix with a new med. We have rescued so for this year 4 dogs and three cats, the house is getting full, found homes for some, with other relatives. These were strays running loose and just a matter of time before something happened to them. Sherry has been doing pretty good after her surgeries on her back and neck, and now they have discovered a brain tumor, a small one and quite operable according to the doc, so now we are waiting to get that taken care of, should just be radiation therapy since it is real small, according to the doc. Bill is getting worse with his arthritis, so he doesn't get around well anymore, the docs keep trying to give him codine which he is allergic to, I guess there is not any other meds out there for him. Our children and grand children are doing great, if I get a camera (ours broke and my sister will not let get my Minolta back cause she fell in love with it) I'll get some pictures posted. For myself at the moment staying busy trying to take care of everyone, so I travel back and forth from Illinois to two places in Kentucky. Somewhere in among all this reformatted my computer, thinking I had good backups, guess what, I didn't. Now I am using a laptap cause no-one wanted it cause it would not work right. Spent a week getting it running right, and now trying to get everything back that I had, but this time, I know I have good backups, since I have been putting them on the laptop and Sherry's computer and on discs correctly. Hopefully, I haven't bored all of you. Still working the e-bots, doubt if I get caught by the new year, but I will get them done soon hopefully, less than 900 to go which is small compared to the nearly 3000+ I had starting back in September. Take care, stay safe, and have fun. Rick

Great scene! Sounds like you have had your ups and downs the past year. But there are positive things. You reunited with your granddaughter :o) Sherry, though she has a tumor, it is operable and can be taken care of. You have down the kindest of all help animals, who otherwise would probably not survive, you have gotten your meds straightened our and feel better. So Rick, a lot of good in there and a lot to be thankful for. I am sure the New Year will bring you better luck. Take care and be safe and have a wonderful safe New Year with loved ones! :o)

Like the low cloud layer. :-) Excellent render. Life sure has a knack of slinging endless dirt at us. But, at the end of the day, all you can do is duck and get on with it - just be sure to smile every now and then.
