Animation Master 8.5, Photoshop 7.
Ship and planet rendered in Animation Master, everything else was created in PS7. I'm not a Trek fan, but I've always really liked the design of the "classic" Enterprise (the TNG Enterprise always looked like a giant space goose to me).
