There is one place in California, near the boarder of Nevada, that has dunes. I love traveling through this area. The shifting sands, the windblown patters, the lone tracks of snakes and lizards trailing through the rolling grit. This is a stellar and most astonishing sight here, Carin, and an amazing pov.

Oh, this is beyond magnificent, Carin! I love fotos of desert dunes, and this one, with its seemingly equally spaced striations retreating into the distance, is a real winner among the genre. The wind makes for beautiful desert scapes.
