I made my second husband a stuffed roast - stuffed with pork sausage and crumbled bacon and then rolled up the roast and covered it in MORE bacon. it slow cooked over a fire for several hours and then was sliced thin. Disgusting mess (the meat)... (oh wait, he was too...) but he was a meat and potato guy - I am not so much...
