IN A POST-GREENHOUSE AFFECTED EARTH, A DECISION WAS MADE TO CONSTRUCT A CONTINENT. IT IS BASICALLY A 10 MILE LONG OFF-SHORE RIG THAT SUSTAINS THE LIVES OF 2 MILLION PEOPLE.
IT INCLUDES TRANSIT SYSTEMS, HOUSING, SEATS OF GOVERNMENT, DEFENSE GRID, POWER SUPPLY, WASTE MANAGEMENT AND POPULATION CONTROL. GOLF COURSES, AND LOTTERY BASED OCCUPANCY.
