Description
Overcrowding on Earth and mastery of secrets of photosynthesis forced farming out into space. These automated farms are are dispersed throughout the Solar System and produce more food that is required by current human population. Significant amounts of food are exported to recently settled star systems.

I had seen this image many years ago and actually printed a copy to hang on my basement wall. It would later prove an inspiration to get me started in 3d modeling/rendering. Great image, and thanks for posting!
