Description

A BG picture from Dreams of the world Fantasy Attic with a "free" futurisic building which I added metalic shaders The original BG was a sunny scene and I added a dense cloud over the top to creat a winter scene Bye to the old year and welcome to the New Thanks to all for your support and help. Nice thing about photoshop is that you never have to settle for what you are given. You did a fine job of creating the feel of a cold winter scene; no one would have known had you not said. But I am glad that you did because I like to see what is possible.
