I hope "Space" is the right category for this. Shot out of the bedroom window about 40 minutes ago. No tricks, just levels and a sharpen; uncropped. A very happy and healthy New Year to all. ~Steve~

Stunning image Steve! It is the proverbial blue moon tonight - the second full moon this month which you know is very, very rare! As an added bonus we have a partial lunar eclipse here in Johannesburg, South Africa! My camera and 500mm lens is set up - I'm just waiting for Mr Moon to rise a little more! Let's hope that means great things for 2010!!! :))

outstanding capture.I would like to do some shots tonight but a strong wind and low temps will keep me inside, except I may step to see the "blue moon"
