Description
This study was presented to a friend as an alternative to plans for an out-building. In this instance, our county has a building code on the books that states that any building less than 210 sq ft floor area is exempt from requiring a permit and resulting inspection. The plans in question were for sized for a 10ftX20ft building. I offered up a 12ftX16ft which because of the inherent material sizes, would offer less waste during construction, and offer a wider floor plan.
