Description

Driving along Utah state highway 12 toward Bryce Canyon National Park, I passed through Red Canyon, a shallow valley in the side of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. The rock formations and colors were breathtaking but only a tease of what awaited in Bryce. Scanned from a photo taken in 1996. Some info based on The American Southwest web site. That is one wonderful capture of the craggy and rugged rock formations, Dana! Beautiful job on the scan. Mine would come out muddy on my old scanner.
