This model was created because I like dragons. I've got about 45 - 50 dragon statues of various types sitting around the office. The wings just about drove me nuts on this because everyone wants to draw them differently so i compared them to a bats wings and you end up with a webbed hand and a thumb claw. All four legged creatures seem to share parts of the human anatomy so I used that for most of the rest of the bone structure. the basic alterations were made at the feet and the hips. I know that the chest area should be more shaped like a birds to support the muscle structure to power those wings and I know the wings aren't large enough to actually lift a creature that large, but it was fun and I was betting myself I could do it in 5 days. he's not textured because I've had other things to get done and eventually I plan on going back to texture him. I decided to post him here because I thought he was cool and wondered what you guys thought of him.
