Description

In Lancashire for the New `Year and very different from Brighton! Still plenty of snow and ice. I walked along a track on a hillside and found a well, very old and built into the wall. it was really enchanting! icicles and water dripping onto the grass and moss had produced these ice flowers. the light was poor in the late afternoon but the shots worked better than I ever hoped. i would have liked to return this morning but the snow bucketed down!
