Description

This is a different...later...view of "cradle." The cradle seems, somehow, to have eroded...but maybe it's just a reflection of erosion in another time and place. I think that might be it. My Liege, this is the one that took so long to cook...after about 24 hours it stalled out again at 48%...then presto, at about 30 hours it went from 48 to 100%...just as the clock ticked over to a new day to post. Praise shroom.

Awesome wouldnt it be great to render in a jiffy? I like your time analogy of the reflectiontime and distance does certainly cvause erosion especially the further away the object is thats recieving the reflection, dont forget your not dealing in feet or yards but in miles vast distances do you get my drift!! superb D!!!

A huge render time but a beautiful result. I love that green.

Wow .. I'd have to have a half dozen computers going here, a rendering farm, to do something with this kind of rendering time! I think my longest Apo render was like an hour or two! A mere tick in time compared to what this one took! Yikes. But it turned out really really cool. The first one, Cradle, was really pretty, but this is utterly cool. I like the eroded effect, I like that the orbs go from perfect to slightly corroded and out of shape, I like the cradle gone awry, and the greeness .. oh yeah!
