Description
There were many catch phrases and terms in the last year and decade that need to be buried due to overuse.
"Shovel ready" is one of them and is a term used
to describe infrastructure projects that have advanced to the stage where labourers are ready to commence work.
Here's one shovel ready project needing immediate attention...
