Great looking picture! As for the password issue, can you get in as the administrator? if so, you can do what you can to access the system

Thanks Mike, for your suggestion for now my daughter told me to leave my computer shut off for 24 hours to perhaps let it reset on its own so I am going that route first, than I will probably be calling Gateway or Best Buy for help. wish me luck... :) and thanks everyone

Great capture Wish we had a zoo close by Weel we do only 50 miles but I hurt too much to get out in the car and go the big city of Louisville....his brother has asked us a bunch of times to come up but I am usually sick..from chemo...been many years since I have been to the zoo...I love the BIRDS seeing all those pretty colors...I love the amazons with their bright colors...the red the blues and greens...would love to have a Senegal..so close to the Amazons but a little smaller...then I read that they could not be a pet in Ky...don't know why and would love to find out...I loved the birds so much met a lady who breeds them..and cockatiels....3 Amazons were her pets...and they would all 3 sing Row Row Row your boat gently down the stream...merrily merrily merrily mirrow life is but a dream...they all had it down as too who would sing what..and the other would say "You look hot" LOL I bought a cocketiel from her...named him Jocko and he would whistle for my dog Huey...LOL but sadly he died one winter night in his sleep and like you I love the giraffes...so sweet Great macro sis Hugs Your Ky sis Susan~ P S We are under a winter storm watch...4 to 5 inches my cat got out while I let Winston out.,...and the atmosphere is just perfect for a snow.. We will see most of the time we get nothing........hubby went to the grocery and got a few things will have to go before 4 tomorrow to get the rest or it will be gone LOL

Lovely and amusing capture. Sorry about your comp issues.. I really would call tech support asap though. It could be malware causing the issue.. if so, the sooner its dealth with the better.

Is it the windows/Mac/Linix password or is it the hardware password? If it's the hardware password well... then all you can do is turn your computer off, totally disconnect it from the world, open the cpu box and remove the battery (there is a small (watch-battery like) battery in it most probably, that may reset the password but I'm not sure. If it's the windows password, it seems that your password file is somehow corrupted. If you use a username other than "Administrator" to log on, then you should log-on using your administrator password (hopefully you'd be successful) and from there you can reset your username's password from the control panel., well if you use administrator to log on (like I used to do), then well all I do then is re-install windows :P
