My favorite little Italian bakery in North Beach, which I think make the best canoli's.
Its well worth the almost 2 mile hike(I gave up driving 15 years ago) from my little apt to this wonderful little spot.

LOL! I met a man at the pool who has been told by his doctor 'loose weight or die'. He is taken in by the market sausage-seller who says his produce is No-points on the weight-watchers scale! Superb pic, and very tasty looking.

it is so hard to find a parking place in Frisco, I do not blame you. that is my idea when I am in a buffet's dessert area.haha--only if you leave it laying

I like the idea of canoli at the end of a 2 mile hike through SanFancisco...I basically walk everywhere anyway as I'm far from a driver. I love the old world look of this--breads on display in the open, moody natural light and a wonderful, sensual ambiance; this is great! It looks tasty too!
