Description
This is an editorial cartoon of Ralph Klein, the premier of Alberta. At the time he was in some trouble over the fact that he got drunk and told a group of homeless people to get jobs.
If anyone is up to it, try filling in text for a speech bubble to go with him...then we can see how good I am at getting emotions across.
