Love the point of view on this image and the finely detailed textures you brought to bear. Color scheme is wonderfully balanced with rider, dragon and background sharing complimentary tones.

That character looks great... well both of them, they look like they're up to something. Great job making the sub dragon's texture leap out. He can be hard to work with... I noticed that it likes to drop its bump maps on occasion.
