Finally got one of thease :) Still need a cardinal. I also keep seeing thease little tiny yellow and black birds, maybe some type of fench or something, they are really fast tho jumping all over the place... I'll get the little buger :)

You sound to be having great fun catching these birds and I think you are doing wonderfully well as it is so hard to get them to stay still long enough while you get set up. This is a super capture, and good luck on the yellow and black one as the little birds are the hardest.

Nice capture, just as an fyi a little bit of flash balanced with the natural light will make the colors really jump out. If your lens is 300mm or longer you can use a better beamer to extend the range of the flash. Still a good picture!
