Description
Pacific Shortnose Dolphin leaping from the water here in the inside passage. Many aquatic mammals live and pass through this area. The whales include Humpback whales, Sperm whales, Killer whales, Grey whales and pilot whales, amongst others. Several species of dolphin also call it home here, as well as sea lions, seals and sea otters.
