Beauty within. Beauty without. What in the heck is that supposed to mean. The world around us holds the beauty of the creative process. This beauty is out picturing of our creative visions. Over time these things might change and evolve. However, an inner beauty never changes and stands the test of time. The spiritual truth of our being is the beauty of the soul. This is one truth that always remains a constant. It is the realization of who we are and the embodiment of our life as we know it can be. At times we may not see our inner beauty and feel that it may have taken flight. But rest assured that it is always there and is, no matter what, our constant companion in life. For you, my friend, have an inner beauty that is beyond compare. It radiates throughout your being and reaches to the stars above. It will move you to take action and allow you to create a life that is filled with wonders and delight. It will sing to your heart throughout all time. You are that inner beauty made manifest. There is no one in the world that is as beautiful as you. So today. Just for today. Allow yourself to look within and see that beauty which is you. Allow yourself to sing into your heart and fill it with love and delight. And then... when it is least expected... your inner beauty will carry you off to a state of bliss. It will be a time when the things outside of yourself will take on a new glow. It will be a time when your heart takes flight. It will be a time when all things will be harmonious. And when that happens, you will have moved into the gap... that gap in between each moment of time... where your inner beauty will reign supreme. It can and will happen if you allow yourself to release those old worry habits. What a wonderful adventure it will be. So go out there and be an explorer... Explore that special and most wonderful person that is you. You may find that it will ignite your soul and move you to greater heights. Just try it. You might like it.

This image reminds me of the way I feel energy whenever I'm dancing.
