Description
This is my neighbors dog Shadow. He is a sheperd-chow mix. He really is beautiful but doesn't like anyone but his family. My cat, WC, found out the hard way. Shadow broke his lead when he saw WC and chased him back to my yard. WC climbed under our privacy fence and then on the roof and didn't come down for several hours. It gave both of us a scare. He has a heart condition, hypertropic cardiomyopothy, and I thought this was his demise. Thank the Lord WC is doing ok. I hope he has learned his lesson about venturing out, but he is a cat and they have a mind of their own.

A very handsome dog and carriesd the black tongue gene as the Chow, but also obviously has much of the Chow's character too, as they can be very guarding of their family too. Thank God your cat is okay, as I know the worry about having a cat with HCM as my own Mistapus has the same as WC, so I do wish your WC well and hope he goes on to still have many years with you, hugs Jane xx

You know I like dogs. But I'm not fond of a dog that will break its leash to attack anything not threatening its master. I'm glad the cat is okay. LOL, that is about as close to a cat lover I can get.

Cane molto bello , abbastanza raro da queste parti . Tipico per la lingua viola . Dog very nice, quite rare in these parts. Typical for the purple tongue. Excellent shot, well done !
