A tight crop would be good, but I also like this cos you holding the wall adds feeling to the shot. A very nice self portrait.

I agree, it's a really good self-portrait. I also like the "holding the wall" aspect, the only compositional element that's somewhat distracting is the bright light on the background above and to the right of your head, but that's a pretty minor quibble considering the excellent expression and posing. you've got a real talent for photography from what I can see!

Very nice. I actually like the contrasting extreme brightness and shadowing. It really enhances the mood-set.
