Ianthia couldn�t believe it. Not only had King Perseus brought his old friend and partner, Andromeda, to Clerin, but he had given the blonde beauty the coveted position of Captain of the Royal Guard. Ianthia could not stand for this. She wouldn�t have the old flame rekindled between the two, and it was likely to happen with Andromeda occupying such a close position to the King. So Ianthia devised an elegant solution. She challenged Andromeda to best the Captain of her own Grey Guards in single combat. If she failed, she would be seen as unworthy in the eyes of the guards to be their new leader. And if Ianthia was truly fortunate, perhaps a little accident would see her rival dispatched permanently. Andromeda eagerly accepted the challenge. After all, she and Perseus use to be among the top ranking Warriors of Omega Sector. Like Perseus before her, she made short work of Clerin�s best and secured her right to the Captaincy. Ianthia couldn�t believe it. Based on a challenge that was issued to me by Stacey when the idea came to mind for both of us upon seeing the Kerrick�s Throne set by DM. Her challenge was for each of us to do a take on this challenge scene between Andie and the Guard with Perseus and Ianthia overseeing, using a similar product set, and then for both of us to post our final versions at the same time.
