Wonderful story and image! I love the way they are focused on the moths and frog. Freddie's gaze is riveted! The frog looks very nervous. Your cats' eyes look amazing on zoom. Beautiful globe and light coming from her fingers. Excellent!

your sphere with the dragon, castle & sorceress is beautiful Jane. It's beautifully done & conceived. And it's very clear, that is you made your storyline shine through your image. Matilda is beautifully rendered, and it's amazing how well she harmonizes with your cats: The cats fit into this image beautifully, as they do in all your images. You've become completely natural at melding living creatures with created ones. And the three cats each have their own posture, gaze and gesture, it's really amazing how you do that, and how well you harmonize their 'movements'. It's as if they posed for you like this. Also the lighting on them is very natural and you use shade & highlight quite well. The stardust and mist is beautifully spread across the image too, it lights up the dark room but not too much, so the room retains its mystery (as the tale unfolds mystery, with the orb and the questions the tale asks). And the wand & butterflies & electric currents (coming from Matilda's hands) are beautifully done too. You know, you do lit images as beautifully as dark, and this is an example of the latter: A beautiful piece of work! It's so natural, but I know it's painstaking. And the feeling is one of enchantment, mystery, and a seamless combination of your cats with all these creatures of imagination. I'm so impressed with how naturally you do this. I will send you a letter soon, and I promise to go back and cover some of the images I've missed here for so long. This one's a real beauty, Jane. Great image and a wonderful story! Y'know, One of my cats would love for those moths to be flying around here. Winter has him in such a funk. The other cat would've eaten the frog by now lol.
