thank you for or taking your time today to stop for a look. steve would have been nice to have a country hat to add to this piece, but had none. it would be hard riding a bike like that on these roads with them wooden wheels. bg is by: capelito / maike character is by: ute / syltermermaid second skin collection. sure miss her art here. bike is by: SAMS3D

It doesn't have wooden wheels. I see steel spokes and rims. The tires are probably early pneumatic though they could be hard rubber. They would be white rubber if before 1911 in that case and black after. The real issue is Alexander Pope's licensing of bicycles overturned by Jeffrey's suit that led to the Ford case. She seems to be innocent of it all and not worried about the origin of her bicycle. She just wants to get out far into the woods and back home by dark.
