Description
There is a tail to tell:-
While walking with Jasmine today she p[icked up what I thought was ice!!!! I told her not to eat it as it would give her tummyache, she turned & looked at me as if to say, "Its not ice" thats when I saw it was a bone :o( Oh no you don't madam says me :o) I called her to me but she was not going to give up the bone, not even when offered a treat. So we ended up me holding the bone one end & Jasmines teeth set firmly on the other. We must have stood there at least 5 mins neither one of us giving in, she didn't want to let go & neither did I. I even put a treat in her mouth (you can see it in pic on right) she still didn't budge. In the end she weakened, I gave her a treat, got her attention on something else while I disposed of the bone. Just to get me back later on, she started to drink the oil I put out for the roast potatoes while I was distracted by the phone!!! She now has an oily front :o( :o( Bath tomorrow :o)

Barbara I love these pics so much and it is all because of the story surrounding them of Jasmine in her quest to keep her bone. Great one as I'm glad for her sake you won out in the end.

This is one of my pet hates..folk just throw their KFC rubbish on the ground and a Westy died on the beach last year by perforating its stomach with a chicken bone. Luckily this bone looks a bit less dangerous. As I wouldn't put a KFC near my own face I really resent people trying to kill dogs in this way through laziness! Oh dear..you got me started again. Sorry!

They really are pretty good shots, and the story makes them even better! What a look of determination in her eyes! I'm glad you were successful in getting that bone from her. What a character she is!

This makes me miss Tanner a bit more today, he did that with his found bones and sticks. Some of the sticks were long enough that they slapped my legs as he took off with them so I couldn't get them! Still as always its a cute scene with Jasmine, love the treat in the second one, one smart furrie!
