Description

Rooftop , Casa Mila, better known as La Pedrera (Catalan for 'The Quarry'), is a building designed by the Catalan architect Antoni GaudiÂ and built during the years 1906 - 1910, being considered officially completed in 1912. It is located at 92, Passeig de Gracia (passeig is Catalan for promenade) in the Eixample district of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. La Casa MilaÂ , llamada popularmente La Pedrera (pedrera, en catalan, significa 'cantera'), es obra del arquitecto Antoni GaudiÂ y fue construida entre los aÃ±os 1906 y 1910, en estilo modernista. Localizada en el numero 92 del Passeig de Gracia en el distrito del Eixample de Barcelona . Thanks , Gracias Tony

What a brilliant man. And his death was horrible. He was run over by a tram but not killed. Because he happened to be dressed in old clothes, no one took him to hospital because they thought he was just an old homeless person. He died 5 days later.
