Great light and scene. Very good sci-fi.

So you go into silent mode, engines off, just gently drift through the minefield with minor very small manual tweaks to the steering, hoping to not alarm the mines .. Well I like it. It has a nice sort of sinister mood, a dark atmosphere with just the teensiest shred of hope. It certainly sucks me into the story and that's what it's all about, right?

It's true. The little guys floating around the main ship almost look like little robotic people suspended in mid air. So when you add the luminescence of the main ship, it really gives a sense of mindless following. This is gorgeous, visually, too. The bright blue light drew me in from the thumbnail.
