This is incredible composition. One can see it in very many ways. From the distance I see two floor object with a balcony at upper part. If I zoom the image, the upper part is whole city, the lower part - another city area looked from above. This image expresses the complexity of a future human habitat, and its absurdity maybe. This certainly is one of my FAV.
