Description
Hours later, after vibrating its way free of the capsule that held it captive, the 'tiny' macrophage swam deeper and ever deeper into the Sea of the Damned, finding that some force drew it down.
While descending it hunted for food as well, finding a few bits of life along the way, but this was brief as it dove ever downward. Pulled, confused. Looking for something it needed even more than trying to fill the emptiness gnawing away at it's belly. Diving downward it obeyed an age old instinct, hard-wired into it. Searching...
