Description
Alice went to the old ruins because her friend the troll has to take care of a hatchling-troll.she brings some food and beverages.
We will soon see more of alice,because I got me the complete package,alice,prince and...and..bla..bla..and.. hearts and rabitt and ..and...lol,and yes mad hatter..
i was actually wanting to pull another rant,(and taking the risk of making myself some ennemies here) ,when i saw the reports about haiti,especially upsets me that we are not able to protect our aid convois,and rescue people,gangs of thugs are already in the streets.
taking the wallets off of dead or wounded people is the lowest of the lowest of crimes.
martial law- until order is restored!??!!State of emergency!!???.
i am not an expert,but we spend billions everyday for wars in foreign lands ,therefore we should be able to protect the convois the people and the aid-goods.
i am pretty sure about that some sort of people(dick-noses) are making a lot of money out of this situation in times to come.
i dont want to go further on this i will return to Spacko I.

Rant, Rant, don't get me started, Rene. The pictures I saw of that devasted country today was heart breaking. The people fighting over food. The airplanes full of relief supplies at the airport and no organised way to get it to the people that need it most. UN forces had to protect the aid workers and food. How can you be an opportunist in a situation like that. Dead bodies piled up all over the place and these people having no respect for the dead or the living. Rant,Rant etc.Oh, by the way great image.

Cool one here Rene and I can't wait to see more of Alice, she is a doll. As for your rant feel free as I am sure I would agree with most of your thoughts on the matter. I do agree it is horrible to see people taking advantage of others while they are in pain and the worst being those who defile the departed and their memories by stealing from them. Still it is nice to look to the examples of the many wonderful people who are trying to help, and how are working tirelessly to aid these suffering people in need.

I love your take on Alice, excellent render, the lighting is very good and there's nice interaction between the characters. As to your mini rant I agree. Sadly there's always someone ready to make money from other's misery. It's good to see others doing good in the face of this evil.

wonderful image!!! speaking about earthquakes and relief/aid I remember when a big earthquake happened in Irpinia, Southern Italy. Irpinia was (and is) under the Camorra's rule (Camorra is the name of the local mafia). We went there with some aid stuff (medicines, food, clothes...) but we were stopped before reaching the survivors' camps by armed camorra thugs that took all the stuff in order to sell it to the survivors. After a week we started to excort our trucks, but we were still without weapons. At the end we asked for police or army protection, but it was almost useless because nobody wanted to shot against "civilians". I don't think that Italian or other nations soldiers will shot against the mob in Haiti. It's impossible to do it because "after" that they will be condamned as brutal and imperialistic!
