Someday her prince will come but this damsel would prefer to undistress herself! She was born into a life of privilege and wealth. But it is a life in a gilded cage for her. To the headstrong princess the tutors and guards who educate and protect her only stifle her and the many suitors seeking her hand (and mostly her wealth) in matrimony only annoys her. She longs for the chance to break free of the palace walls and experience the wide world beyond them and ironically the chance comes in the form of the dark forces building in the shadows and the sinister plans they have for her. Perhaps it is to sacrifice her in a malevolent ritual or even an unholy marriage to the dark lord. But with the bravery of the hero the princess and her kingdom is saved. Now if only he can save her from the humdrum of royal duties….
