I was looking around and found DAZ. It has become my recent hobby. I don't really have a background in art, but I have always liked to draw and this seems like a good extention of that. Sometimes it seems like I could draw faster than working in 3d, but I believe they both have their pros and cons. I really like lighting and I am trying to get better at that. Cinema 4d has a better material / lighting engine than DAZ but I like the 3d characters in DAZ. I am married and have a couple beagles, they do keep me busy in the summer. Other hobbies include sports, I play ice hockey, pretty much year round, and I enjoy tennis and some other sports as well. Thanks for checking out the art. Element

Thanks for the input on the chair....that is about the only thing that I modelled from scratch in the scene. The buildings were Dystopia Blocks free at Daz3d.com and the figure was Victoria 4.
