Description

Captain's Log: "Our sensors picked up an object emitting a low level of radiation, of a frequency normally associated with nuclear detonation. We traced this radiation to a chunk of rock, an asteroid, floating in the middle of nowhere. On our first pass, the Helmsman noted that the rock seemed to have a carving on it. We did another pass and this time, the image of a being with wings was very apparent. There was nothing in our database about it and we all turned to Lt. Spock who just spread his hands and said, "this is new to me"....Speculation was abundant as to how this rock came to be, and where was it from originally.... we surmised that it had been a part of a mountain carved out to look like an angel... similar to the seven heads carved into Mount Rushmore. The planet that the mountain was on pobably exploded many eons ago, and the Cosmic Angel, as the crew started to call the rock, had been floating out here ever since.... We attached it's coordinates to our Cartography so that in the future, a more detailed archeological survey can take place." Captain Robert April, Atomic Starship Enterprise. My Enterprise is going to be more of one of discovery and exploration, less about setting phasers on stun and doing the naked monkey dance with green skinned Orion Slave Girls... The alien races encountered will be really alien, not just humanoids with bumpy foreheads that speak English.... Hollywood, you had your chance.... took a snapshot of myself, imported into iClone, created me as an Angel, saved as a BMP, used the image as a height map on a rock in Bryce.... and I'll get caught up with replying to comments, first chance I get...honest...

For me it is difficult to see which is the mysterious object like. The angel in its firmament where visitors of the starlight night?? Superb work. What is strange It is not to ask questions like ......

Where no man has gone before...except for Collin of the Snowy Tundra ! Nice to be immortalised like that, as long as it's not a grave stone ! Very creative techniques and kool result ! ~Cheers~

The mind boggles, what comes across your path, when you are just floating around the Universe, doing not much... I mean you really have to watch out, could be the devil next! and then we have a real dilemma ! Cloned yourself, eh ? well almost, you know what I mean ! Cheers & Tschuess BB
