Guillotine (copied) to the enforcement of the death penalty The last execution in Sweden was carried out in Stockholm on 23 December 1910. After this date expressed death penalties were not any more executed. 1921 were abolished the death penalty in times of peace. In the course of the constitutional reform 1973 the death penalty was then finally abolished.

This looks a bit small; is it a scaled-down model? Still, it looks dangerous enough to me. I have a book about the history of the Guillotine — very macabre! I'd be sticking my neck out to try to describe it and keep ahead of the other comments that will be tumbling into the basket here.
