Just doing some more primatives and also playing with light - shadows and reflections Here we see Anko running on some melded rings.

Must be one of the more advanced sword training exercises. I never got much past wooden sword, always was getting splinters and I was so klutzy they even let me sit in a chair, rather than try to stand. I also had to spit out any gum I was chewing at the time.
