Hi, I am Barbara and live in Lincolnshire. I love nothing better than walking with my 3 dogs, (Large Munsterlanders) and taking the camera along. Iam afraid my photographic skills are not very good, I just point and click & hope for the best. Sometimes I do take some nice shots!!
I have lived with this breed since 1986, before that I had border collies. I was told when getting my first Munster, Jenna, I would become addicted and I sure was, owning 7 of this breed over the years.
Although Munsters are a working gundog, afraid I couldn't shoot anything, so we do other things like, showing, obedience and heelwork to music.
The girls are all different & I hope to show that in their pictures.
I would like to thank my good friend Janeeden for persuading me to get started.
Video's & songs for the girls can be seen on www.jendellas.com

Sorry the girls had bad behavior. It aggravates me when Prissy ignores me too... deaf as you so well put it! Prayers and blessing for Dave!

That is such a typical cat look that Bernie is giving Jasmine. He seems to be saying, "Just try getting up here, and see what happens!" Excellent capture!

Bernie looks like he is teasing Jasmine. Dana

Love your adventure stories each one a bit better than the last, Amazing how Dogs and children can both be parent/owner deaf.. lol Nice capture also..

Imagine how strong all the scents are that make her lose the ability or desire to hear you.

Your dogs sure do keep you busy! But they're worth it! :-)

Oh! Love your entertainment center Barbara, same color as mine:-) Such a cute shot, maybe they are discussing whether to watch TV or listen to music??? Or maybe Bernie is trying to entice Jasmine to get her in trouble:-) Funny! xo

I know that frustration,,Buster is deaf unless you can look him in the eye!

Barbara Jo was here today, and she said she saw you in the fields and it looked as though Jasmine was a distance from you, so it must have been when you were decidng which one to get first Ha Ha!! Great shot here, I wonder what they actually say to one another or indeed if they can communicate in their own way. Great news, Dave is home and doing okay bless him, but a bit sore. hugs Jane xxxx

All my dogs had/have perfect hearing. All go stone deaf when they are intensely focused on something. Okay .. maybe not stone deaf as there is always an ear flicker or teensy ear twitch, but most certainly into focused ignoring of anyone calling them or trying to get their attention! I think it's a matter of training, of working on a more reliable re-call. Sigh. Someday, maybe, we'll work on that. In the meantime it's either leashes here in the city or behind the fence in the yard. Out at the Hollow they seem to be more well behaved, staying close to us, even the Great Golden Hunter seems to listen most of the time, LOL!
