Description
It is Sunday morning, the first day of the delay in London. It is crisp, with what could be called clear skies, and I am waiting for the T-Mobile store to open at 10:00 to buy a SIM card.
The temperature is probably in the high 20s but the people are bundled up as if it were really cold.
This view is along New Oxford Street, Central London between Holburn and Tottenhan Court Road Stations of the Central Line.
I am enjoying the 'Big City' feel with double deck busses and London cabs.
These cabs are really amazing, they are all ugly looking but very effiecient with a big seating area in the back. The driver will not help with the luggage and will not take credit cards. They can practically turn on the dime and zip through traffic at the best possible speeds.
