This is dedicated to Dave! Hope this makes you smile and you are feeling better soon! I made a scifi babe just for you. And her little critter is like my cat who loves to headbutt my hand when he wants attention. He just wants her to pet him and give him a little bit of comfort... and maybe some food! Wow, what can I say but jaw dropping beautiful! I was gonna ask where you got the hubble image but I see that you painted it in! Another great example of hot and cold working together. Her warm skin tones contrast wonderfully with the cold blue steel. You got all the intricate detail of the armour engraving. Her pose is wonderfully relaxed and very natural and a great job with the critter who indeed is acting very cat-like.
