Description

Vue 8 Complete. About 3 billion of polygons. Spectral atmo with godrays added 45 lights. Rendered in 36 hours about with a Intel Core2 Quad 9300, 8 G ram, GeForce GTS 250. Grass by Bigbraader as usual. Trees by Linda Daireaux. I hope that you like it.

I do like it. Vegetation, atmosphere and lighting are great (as usual, but nevertheless). Personally I had chosen a somewhat less symmetric setup, and a bit lighter foreground at the top left. **** All the best.

45 lights? i can't image how long that must have taken to render. But the result is well worth it - the lighting above the volcano is very special. I especially like the rock wall on the left.
