Description

Location - Namib desert, Namibia. I've had this photo in RAW since May 2009, but i never looked at it full size til a week ago. I didn't like the foreground (now cropped away) but as the scenery is so dramatic i thought it a crime not to show. The Namib really is a Mars landscape here on the Earth. One of the best sights i've ever witnessed. Recommend full view. Kind regards.. Shaun.

This is quite a dramatic shot; I love those clouds, they're like curdled milk, but in a good way. The colors are stunning and the whole vista is just so open and so expansive. I get the feeling that this image just goes on forever and that's a good feeling that I can get lost in. Great work.
