Description

The first Spring after I moved here, I walked out on the porch one morning. I thought the great number of dandelion blossoms was beautiful. When about fifty of them suddenly erupted into the sky, there was a moment before I realized they were goldfinches. In that moment I was in a magical world where dandelions flew! Previously;

Oh, these little birds are all over the place in the spring and summer here. It is always so wonderful to see bits of yellow and black winging through the air...and drinking from the waterfall of our koi pond. Oh, I am LONGING for spring so very much!!!!
