Lots of things really... but this particular thing seems to fit the description. And... it's made up of lots of things too. The Skin is from 'Adrianna for V4.2' by "Winterhawk" over at 'Heromorph'... do a goggle on it. The dress and arms are 'V4 Spangly Set' by "billy-t" The new cool hair and hat are 'Scarlet Nights' by "Propschick" & "Sveva" over at DAZ The eyes are from 'Sanja for V4' by "Morris" and "Stacey_73" over at DAZ The background is 'Designer Backgrounds' by "designfera" The expression is from 'Oh That Look!
